The purposes of the Luna Maria Foundation, Inc., as stated in its bylaws, are to promote the teaching of the Lord Jesus Christ and to educate the public on Truth, Love, and Peace.

Incorporated in 2012 in Florida, the Foundation is a international organization. The Foundation is a non-profit, tax-exempt, organization under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3). All dues and contributions are deductible for income tax purposes
